Day 01 : ARRIVE BHUBANESHWAR
Arrive Bhubaneswar and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon proceed for half-day tour of the city that includes the 2nd century B:C Jain monk, Caves at the twin hills of Khandagiri and Udaygiri and the tribal museum. Overnight at Bhubaneswar.
DAY 02 : BHUBANESHWAR / BALIGUDA 300 kms/7 hours
After breakfast drive to Baliguda which is in the district of Phulbani. Your drive is through the beautiful countryside road full with small mountains of Sal forest, one of the entry point to the tribal highland of Orissa. En-route visit weavers’ village at Itamati and some of the typical Orissa villages. Arrive at the hotel in the evening. Overnight at Baliguda.
DAY 03 : BALIGUDA
After breakfast you will make a visit to the Barakhamba area and trek to some of the remote villages of tattooed face
Kondh tribes. Overnight at Baliguda.
DAY 04 : BALIGUDA / KOTHAGARGH / RAYAGADA 200 Kms/5 hrs
After breakfast you will depart for Belghar, en-route visit a few Kuttiya Kondha Tribal Villages & the Weekly Market at Kothagarh. Proceed to explore the villages of the primitive Kuttiya Kondh
Tribes, once famous for the human sacrifice. Living in the mountain & forest these tribes are friendly community. Lunch on the way. Drive down to Rayaguda. Arrive in the evening. Overnight at Hotel
DAY 05 : RAYAGADA / CHATIKIONA / JEYPORE 205Km / 5hrst
Trek to most primitive Dongria Kondh villages in the Niyamgiri hills. You can also see and enjoy the Dongria Kondh men and women coming down from their mountains with different kinds of fruits and animals to the weekly market. After visiting their villages , you can come down to see their interesting weekly tribal market where they mix with other community. The weekly market at Chatikona where Doms, Desias and Dongoriya Kondha barter is an interesting event to watch. Later drive to Jeypore. En-route visit Kani tribal village. Overnight at Jeypore.
DAY 06 : JEYPORE - ANKADELI - LAMPTAPUT – JEYPORE 160kms/ 4 Hrs
Morning visit the home of the approximately 6000 members of the fierce Bonda Tribe (naked people). They live in the remote hills and keep themselves isolated. They grow rice by shifting cultivation and keep domesticated cows and goats. They can only be seen when they come to trade at the local market, and we must time our visit to coincide with the weekly market day on Thursday. The Bonda women are noticeable by their bead necklaces, striking brass and silver necklace and their shaved heads decorated with plaits of Palmyra leaves. You will also see the colorful Godabas, Parajas and Mali tribes. Afternoo drive back to Jeypore, en-route visiting the pottery village Bapaniguda, Siriguda and Paraja tribal village at Litiput. Overnight at Hotel at Jeypore.
DAY 07 : JEYPORE-KUNDULI-NANDAPUR-GUPTESWAR-JEYPORE
You proceed to Gupteswar to visit the villages of very interesting Dhuruba tribe. Visit and walk through villages of Ramanguda, Dogariguda, Silpader, Talur etc. The Dhuruba tribal males like to adorn themselves with ornaments. Visit the Cave temple of lord Shiva in the hidden mountain famous among the tribal.
Afternoon proceed to witness the biggest tribal weekly market of Sanaparoja & Mali tribes in Kunduli located at a distance of 65 km. It is a very colorful market. Later drive down to Nandapur to visit village of Sanaparoja tribes. Visit village khilua. Saana Padar, Bada Padar with a short trek Later drive down to Jeypore. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 08 : JEYPORE / LAMTAPUT / JEYPORE 160 kms/ 4 hrs
Drive to Machkund, A soft trek takes you to the primitive Boro Gadaba villages. Watch the traditional dance called Dhemsa. Return to Jeypore, en-route visit Lamtaput market. Overnight at Jeypore
DAY 09 : JEYPORE / LAXMIPUR / RAYAGADA 140kms/ 4 hrs
After breakfast drive to Rayagada, en-route visit Desias Kondh and Paraja villages and also the Jagannath Temple & Tribal Museum at Koraput. (The Jagannath Temple is a new temple built on 1972. Here Non Hindus are allowed inside the Temples and all activities are similar to Jagannath Temple of Puri). Lunch on the way. Overnight at Rayagada.
DAY 10 : RAYAGADA / TAPTAOANI / CHILKA 330km/7hrst
After
breakfast proceed to Chilka Lake, en-route visit the Soura tribal villages market. Also visit Taptapani. If anywhere nature reveals its enigmatic charisma; it is here in Taptapani, an exotic world of wonder. Enjoy the nature close to your heart and carry the memory years to come. A hot spring which the local habitat use consider a Blessing from the Almighty. Overnight at Chilka.
DAY 11 : CHILKA / NARASINGHPUR / PURI 120 Kms/3 hrs
After breakfast boat ride on Chilka Lake, the largest brackish water Lake in Asia. In winter Chilka is a flutter of activities with thousands of migratory birds as far as from Siberia. Visit Nalabana bird sanctuary, Honeymoon Island. Later also visit a few fishing village at Chilka -Lake, so that you are able to see the fishermen at work, who came here in search of prawns, mackerel, and crabs. Reach Puri via Birnasingpur, Tenta. Walk to a typical Orissa village. Savor their hospitality. Evening relax on the beach. Overnight at Puri.
DAY 12 : PURI / KONARK 110kms/2hours
Morning after breakfast visit of Lord Jagannath temple,

Sankaracharya's Math located on the downtown area of Puri & later drive to Konark (about 35kms) to visit the temple Chariot of the Sun God, built by King Langula Narasimha Deva in the 13th century AD during the golden era of Orissa art. Late afternoon visit Ragurajpur artisan villages & also some other villages with houses, decorated with Chita's for Goddess Lakshmi. Overnight at Puri.
DAY 13 : PURI / PIPILI / BHUBANESHWAR
After breakfast proceed to Bhubaneswar, en-route visit the colorful Appliqué village of Pipili where you can see the colorful Orissa handicrafts and Dhauli peace pagoda famous for the Ashoka rock edicts dating back to 2nd century B:C . Afternoon visit of some of the ancient temples of Bhubaneswar dating back to 7th---11th century A:D, Lingaraja temple, Parasurameswara temple, Mukteswara temple, Bramheswara temple and Raja-Rani temple. Overnight at Bhubaneswar.
DAY 14 : BHUBANSWAR DEPARTURE
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport/ railway station for your onward journey
