Pravasi Bhartiya Divas
The Pravasi Bhartiya Divas is one of the mos t important event organized by the Government of India in order to keep a track of the various workings of the Indian Diaspora and its influence on the development of India. The Pravasi Bhartiya Divas is such an event in which the benefits of both the Indians living here and those settled abroad are assessed. The Pravasi Bharatiya Divas generally continues for three days and takes place in the first week of January. The Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2009 took place at Chennai and this time the venue of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2010 has been scheduled in the same city. The specific venue of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2010 will be The Chennai Trade Center. The dates, which are been decided for the proceeding of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2010 are January 7-January 9. There can be necessary changes in both the venue of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2010 and dates of the event but till now this venue and the given dates can be taken as granted.
The Pravasi Bhartiya Divas mainly organize discussion sessions on the various achievements of the Indian Diaspora on the different fields and the consequences led by it on the development of India. This event is very much significant in rendering positive benefits to the Indians, both living here and abroad. Several exhibitions, cultural events take place on the Pravasi Bhartiya Divas and these add up to the charm of the color f the vibrant event. The President and the Prime Minister of India attend the inaugural ceremony of the program. The Chief Minister of the state in which the event is scheduled to take place is also one of the dignitaries to visit the event.
The Bharatiya Samman Award ceremony is also constituted in this program. The award is given for the various achievements of the NRI and the PIO s.

Aero India Show
Aero India was started in 1996 by the ministry of defense. Aero India offers a scope to observe, practice and promote the latest products, services and technologies of the aviation industry to the international professional audience. It is an Asia’s premier biennial air show held at Yelahanka Air Force base in Bangalore. The Aero India show comprises of displays and exhibitions of military and civil aircrafts of leading manufactures, vendors and suppliers. Various aircrafts of Indian Air Force are also displayed in this show.
Aero India has started to establish its testimonials for last several years. Aero India 2009 was an event that came with all thrilling opportunities for the aviation and industry of aerospace. Thus aero show created substantial brand justice in the aviation industry and works as a vehicle for the industry.
Held in Bangalore, where majority of leading worldwide military and aircraft producers participate. The participation of foreign companies and overall exhibition area of aero India increased a lot in comparison with earlier Aero India. India International Trade Fair
India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) is the flagship event of ITPO held every year in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 14th to 27th November. It is the only event of its kind held in India in terms of its size and content – it is both a B2B and a B2C event. The fair showcases the latest developments in various sectors of Indian economy and represents a microcosm of today’s India. While on the consumer sector it serves to launch new brands and put on display a wide array of products, its business section attracts a large number of visitors from India and abroad.
IITF facilitates trade initiation whether for the direct consumers or for the business world in the area of new business deals, identification of agents and distributors. IITF has the product profile, which covers the entire range of products and services from hi-tech orientation to traditional character and appeal. The unique feature of the fair is that it is the only fair which showcases the vast country that India is, through various State pavilions. Keeping in view the environmental concerns, IITF promotes use of environment friendly packaging materials since the Government of NCT Delhi has put a complete ban on plastic bags. In addition, Pragati Maidan will be a complete “No Smoking Zone” during this fair.
